- Facilitate cross-training and backup volunteers
- Research best practices from other regions; network, share learnings

ReplyDeleteIt seems the recipients of information are obvious. However, identifying the sources and collecting the information is going to be challenging in the beginning. Informing all of the sources to send pertinent information on a regular basis to a single data entry point will be tricky.
Deciding on formats, who does the updates, how the information is disseminated, and the timeliness needs to be discussed.
